FAQ'S
DO I NEED A CRICUT TO JOIN THE CLUB & USE THE SVG FILES?
You don't need to have a Cricut, but you will need a cutting machine capable of cutting faux leather and vinyl using SVG files. Club files are all SVG files and Club projects are not designed for hand cutting.
All demonstration videos in the Club Portal will show cutting on a Cricut machine.
If you have a Silhouette, be sure your version of Silhouette Studio allows the upload of SVG files (not DXF files).
DO I NEED A CRICUT MAKER TO CUT FAUX LEATHER?
No, you can make all of the Club designs using any of the current Cricut machines: the Explore Air 2, the Explore 3, the Explore 4, the Maker, the Maker 3, the Maker 4, the Cricut Joy, and the Cricut Joy Xtra.
Club members also have instant access to my First Cuts Faux Leather Video Series, bite sized videos where I show you how to cut faux leather step by step with your exact Cricut machine.
DO I GET ALL OF THE PAST CLUB DESIGNS WHEN I JOIN?
Yes! The Member Project Library currently has every Club project, bonus design, and member request dating back to the start of the Club in January 2023. You'll get immediate access to all of the SVGs, video tutorials, lessons, printable guides and supply lists.
HOW LONG DO MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE SVG FILES TO DOWNLOAD?
As a Club member, you'll have lifetime access to the designs inside the Club (as long as you remain a current member in good standing) for as long as the Club exists. If you cancel, you will lose future access to all of the Club projects and content that you haven't already downloaded before your membership ends.
ARE THE WEEKLY VIDEO TUTORIALS LIVE? I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE.
No, the weekly video tutorials are pre-recorded and available on demand so you can craft whenever you want.
With over 750+ members from several different countries and time zones, I wanted the club lessons to be convenient for everyone.
Also, since the lessons are pre-recorded, you can rewind and re-watch at your own pace. All videos are ad-free and include closed captions for accessibility.
I'M NOT ON FACEBOOK. IS THE GROUP MANDATORY?
No! The Facebook group is totally optional. All of the Club content will be posted inside the Club Portal and sent via email each week for you to access at your convenience.
WHAT'S THE CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your membership at anytime - either yourself from within your member account within the Club Portal, or by sending an email to support@amyromeu.com and we'll take care of it for you. There is no fee or penalty for cancellation.
Please cancel 5 business days before your membership is scheduled to renew to allow the system time for the next payment to be canceled in time.
Please note, when you cancel your membership, you'll lose access to the Club Portal when your last membership payment ends (or immediately when you cancel yourself in your member account). So be sure to download any files you want to keep before you cancel inside your member portal or your membership expires.
IF I CANCEL, DO I GET TO KEEP THE DESIGNS I DOWNLOADED? WHAT ABOUT THE COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE?
The designs you downloaded as a member are yours to keep, even after you cancel your membership. However, the small business commercial use license for the Club designs you downloaded (which is an exclusive Club member benefit) will be null and void when you cancel.
You may still use the designs for personal use.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY AFTER CANCELLATION?
Due to the nature of digital file subscriptions, there are no refunds for the current month or past month's membership payment upon cancellation. Annual payments will not be prorated or refunded.
I LEFT THE CLUB BUT WANT TO COME BACK. DO I GET ACCESS TO ALL OF THE FILES AGAIN?
If you leave the Club or your membership ends due to non-payment, you are welcome to rejoin.
At this time, the Member Project Library includes all of the project files since the start of the Club in January 2023, so you will have access to all of the Club files again.
This policy is subject to change.
Please note if you initially joined the Club at one membership rate and the current rate is higher, your re-enrollment will be at the current rate.
